ACS ACR40U-AF *TYPE C* Contact Smart Card Reader

The ACR40U is a compact, high-speed USB contact smart card reader designed to support a wide range of smart card applications. It is compatible with ISO 7816 Class A, B, and C smart cards, microprocessor cards using T=0 and T=1 protocols, and various memory cards, providing reliable performance for secure card-based applications.

The reader features dual LED indicators for clear card and device status feedback, along with firmware upgrade capability and onboard user data storage for flexible deployment. Compliant with CCID, PC/SC, and Microsoft® WHQL standards, the ACR40U supports major operating systems and is available with either USB Type-A or USB Type-C connectivity for convenient use across a wide range of devices.
