ACS ACR40U-B1 *TYPE A* Contact Smart Card Reader

The ACR40U is a compact, high-speed USB contact smart card reader designed for reliable performance across a wide range of smart card applications. It supports ISO 7816 Class A, B, and C smart cards, microprocessor cards using T=0 and T=1 protocols, and various memory cards, making it suitable for secure card-based applications.

The reader features dual LED indicators for card and device status, firmware upgradability, and onboard user data storage. Compliant with CCID, PC/SC, and Microsoft® WHQL standards, the ACR40U supports multiple operating systems and is available with USB Type-A or USB Type-C connectivity for flexible integration.
