Description
The ACR1581U DualBoost III is a versatile smart card reader supporting both contact and contactless cards. Designed for secure and reliable applications, it combines PICC, ICC, and SAM interfaces with USB connectivity and PC/SC compatibility.
The ACR1581U supports ISO 7816 contact cards, ISO 14443 Type A and B, ISO 15693, MIFARE, FeliCa, and various NFC technologies. It offers contactless speeds up to 848 kbps, contact card speeds up to 1,250 kbps, and a reading distance of up to 70 mm, depending on tag type.
With support for Smart Card Reader/Writer, Card Emulation, and Keyboard Emulation modes, the ACR1581U is well suited for applications including e-Government, mobile banking, healthcare, access control, transportation, and network security.
