AirID Support Add-On Licenses are to be purchased if you wish to add one or multiple years to your support with the use of the AirID2 Bluetooth Smart Card Reader. This is not the physical hardware. This is an additional support license to add on to the complimentary one year of support that comes with the purchase of AirID2 Bluetooth Smart Card Reader.

The support for this product includes access to an AirID Support Portal where you can speak with our team of engineers to help solve any problems you may run into.
One license is valid for one unit of hardware. Depending on the number of units you require support for will dictate the amount of support licenses needed.
